DirectionsPlace candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials or drafts. For best results, always trim wick down to 1/4 inch prior to burning and remove any residue or debris from candle pool. Do not burn candle for more than 3 hours at a time, and discontinue use when wax reaches 1/2 inch from base. Following directions will allow this candle to burn up to 55 hours in total.

How to Use
It is important that a second person holds the candle during this treatment.
Have a person lie on their side on a flat surface or lay their head sideways on a table.
Place a towel around the ear, protecting the hair and head.
Notice the pathway of the ear canal. The candle will act as an extension of the canal.
Place the narrow end of the candle in the ear canal for a snug fit, hold and lift the ear lobe for a snugger fit. Keep the candle vertical and reposition the head if required. Make sure the candle follows the direction of the ear canal.
Light the candle wick, make sure there are no draughts.
Hold the candle firmly, rest your hand on their head. Make sure you don’t press down causing discomfort.
When the candle has burned down with 6cm remaining, gently remove the candle from the ear and place the flame end in water to extinguish.
Repeat procedure with the other ear. You must candle both ears.

Only burn on a non-flammable heat resistant surface. Do not move a burning candle or while the wax is still liquid. Do not touch the candle glass when hot. Do not burn candle for longer than 3 hours at a time. To prevent possible cracking of the glass, do not allow more than 12mm of liquid wax (extinguish and allow wax to become solid again). Always keep the wax trimmed to 7mm and always keep the wax free of loose wick trimmings. Do not use water to extinguish candle. Do not put the lid on candle when lit or while glass is hot. Discontinue use if vessel is damaged or has been dropped. Store in a cool, dark dry environment. Made in Australia.
