How to Use:
Diffusion: Add 4-6 drops to water in your diffuser.
Massage or bath: Add recommended number of drops to carrier oil before adding to bath or massaging chest, arms or legs.
For 3 to 24 months: 1 drop to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil
For 24 months +: 4 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil
