Heating Instructions:
Place the wheat pack on a microwave turntable.
Heat according to the microwave wattage:
700 watts: 2 minutes 30 seconds
1000 watts: 1 minute 45 seconds
1200 watts: 1 minute 25 seconds
Let the pack cool before removing it from the microwave using a towel.
Ensure the pack is completely cool before reheating.
Cooling Instructions:
Place the wheat pack in a plastic bag and freeze for 2 hours.
Remove from the bag prior to application.
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, clean environment, preferably sealed in a plastic container or bag in the freezer.

Step 2: Heat wheat pack on microwave according to the table below.
Step 3: Allow to cool and remove carefully from the microwave using a towel.
Step 4: DO NOT reheat the wheat pack until it has completely cooled.
