A well-formulated mouthwash is needed to rinse away food missed by brushing, helps fight cavity-causing critters and freshens your breath. Despite their usefulness for oral hygiene, some people have steered clear of them due to the controversy over some commonly used ingredients, so we’ve been particularly careful to choose safe and natural ingredients that have a function other than just an over-powering minty rinse.
Our Moothwash uses new natural technologies such as a Lactobacillus Ferment to control oral bacteria. Each essential oil we use is chosen for its anti-bacterial action including Thyme, Cinnamon, Myrrh, Sage and Clovebud. We also know that we could make the world’s most effective mouthwash, but if it doesn’t taste fresh, nobody will use it. So we use Stevia and a natural flavour so kids don’t go “Bleeuuh.”

Almost all creams made to help with blemish-prone skin use Benzoyl Peroxide bleach. This is why hair will bleach to an orange colour when in contact with most blemish creams. Bleaches are cheap, but not the first choice in keeping skin looking young and healthy. There can be a number of causes of blemishes, including sebum (skin's oil) becoming rancid, as well as bacteria on the skin causing pores to become infected. This is why an effective cleansing cream that targets both using natural ingredients is so much better than using bleach, in our opinion. That’s why we set out to find a solution that was effective and good for the skin. We decided to take a different approach and create a cleansing cream that also works as a moisturiser. It may cost a few dollars more for us to make this cream than a bleach-based one, but healthy skin is priceless.
Tip: Apply morning and night after washing, and while the skin is still slightly moist. The cream is not designed for instant results but works best with consistent use over time.

The Oil Cleansing Method is a way of cleansing the skin using oils and massage. Oil to cleanse the skin? It sounds counterintuitive but oils can dissolve hardened oil that can get stuck in your pores, and also help remove other impurities such as built up dirt, sweat and makeup. The massage part helps the oil get deeper in your pores to do its work, and who doesn't love a good massage? This can be particularly helpful to those suffering from blemishes, or for removing heavy makeup and/or sunscreen. We made this using a mixture of drawing and moisturising oils. The drawing oils help pull out and dissolve old oils, and the moisturising oils, such as Jojoba Oil, are high in antioxidants and help keep skin hydrated and soft. This means you can cleanse and moisturise your skin at the same time!
How’s that for multi-tasking? Cleansing with oil is particularly beneficial because it doesn't strip the skin of its natural oils, which can ultimately lead to an overproduction of more oil and lead to further breakouts.

The How Now Brown Cow Gradual Tanning Lotion was the first natural tanning product we ever made for sensitive skin types. Still great, but not everyone is into that! This creamy, dreamy self tanning mousse glides on s – MOO – th and absorbs faster than a cream, without losing the soft and hydrating feel. Our natural tanning formula contains Pro Vitamin B5 and Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, which helps the skin retain moisture. This makes it a great option for individuals with dry skin. Also buildable, so you can choose between a subtle sun – kissed glow, or a full blown ‘I spend all day at a nude beach’ kind of tan.
You can wash this formula off after 2 hours, but the colour will continue to develop for up to 24 hours into a bronzed, sunless tan.

This cream is made using the moisturising base of our Full Cream with the addition 10% MSM (Organic Sulfur) and the removal of Milk Protein. This is the maximum amount of MSM we could add to the cream. Just mention MSM and watch the Naturopaths go nuts about its skin calming properties. The cream uses Sweet Almond Oil which is one of the best moisturising oils for irritated skin due to its essential fatty acid profile. The cream is also fully loaded with other natural skin healing ingredients. These include Allantoin (Comfrey Root Active), Vitamin E, Aloe Vera and Honey.
