Insert into the soft cover and apply to the breast to help relieve pain and swelling. The pack remains flexible even when frozen.Hot Therapy (for Plugged Ducts & Mastitis): Place a single pack inside its cloth cover and microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds. You can add more time in 5-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Apply to the affected breast to help relieve discomfort and encourage milk flow.As a Pump Aid: Heat the pack as directed and wrap it around the outside of the breast pump flange, securing it with the snap, to help encourage let-down and reduce pumping time.Important: Always test the pack's temperature before application.
