ABLE Health's Collapsible Spacer is embedded with silver ion to protect against 99% of all harmful bacteria (demonstrated by ISO 22196 tests). Common plastic spacers can contain up to 40% bacterial contamination that causes harm to the lungs and even pneumonia. The ABLE Spacerâ„¢ Collapsible Spacer combines portability with a plume shaped chamber of 210ml, to minimise drug loss within the spacer. It has been designed with visible valve movement, which helps the carer to see if the patient is inhaling through the spacer. A Spacer overcomes the problem of breathe and press co-ordination, giving the patient more of an opportunity to inhale their medication.

The Able Hay Fever Blend is a pure essential oil blend of Lemon, Howood, Peppermint, Pine, Lavender, and Cypress. Formulated to help alleviate hay fever symptoms.Â
HOW TO USE:
Simply add 2-5 drops of Essential Oil to your Ultrasonic Diffuser.
OIL WARMER: Add 3-4 drops of Essential Oil to the water in your oil warmer.
BATH: Add 3-4 drops of Essential Oil to running water.
MASSAGE: Simply add a few drops of Essential Oil to a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin.
ON THE SKIN: Essential Oils are concentrated and must be diluted in a carrier oil (like Sweet Almond oil) or dispersed in bathwater prior to use. Never apply undiluted Essential Oils directly onto the skin. Always test on a small area of skin before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Some oils are photosensitive so shouldn't be used on the skin in any way 24 hours prior to UV light exposure - may cause burns or irritation if exposed.
