Curasept Gingival Gel is a topical gingival gel offering all the benefits of Curasept Mouth Rinse but in a higher strength gel.
It contains 0.5% chlorhexidine, and is intended for short-term, intensive use and offers effective protection against plaque and caries.
Curasept Gel will help to prevent post-operative complications when used before or after dental, endodontic and implant procedures.
The gel is alcohol and sugar-free and also has the unique anti-discolouration system which greatly reduces tooth discolouration and the unpleasant changes in taste perception associated with traditional chlorhexidine products. To protect tooth enamel the pH is 6.2.

Curasept Chlorhexidine Mouth Rinse 0.12% is alcohol free, non staining and will not affect your taste perception. It is an anti-discoloration system. It is Curasept's mid-strength rinse.
How to use:
To be used for up to 28 days non stop use. Rinse 10ml twice per day for one minute. If still needed after six weeks, take one week's break and then repeat the process. Do not drink black coffee, tea or red wine for 30 minutes after use.
Curasept Chlorhexidine Mouth Rinse 0.20% is alcohol free, non staining and will not affect your taste perception. It is an anti-discoloration system. It is Curasept's strongest and most popular rinse in a convenient 200ml bottle.
How To Use:

An ideal gel/toothpaste containing NO sodium lauryl sulphate (“SLS”). Recommended where the patient is using chlorhexidine mouthwashes. Chlorhexidine will adhere to the patient s gums and teeth for up to 12 hours doing its job. SLS is a detergent-like substance which washes the chlorhexidine away – something we definitely do not want to happen. SLS is an ingredient in most commonly available toothpastes.
SLS is also often associated with the formation of apthus ulcers – again something to be avoided.
