Directions
To prepare a 237mL feeding, put 200mL of cold water in a glass.
Gradually add 6 level scoops (scoop enclosed) or 51.3g of Ensure powder, while stirring and mix until dissolved.
When mixed as directed, Ensure provided approximately 1.0 kcal/mL. A 850g can of powder yields approximately sixteen 237mL servings.
Recommended two servings a day.
