How To Use
Always wash your hands before and after using a tampon.
Unwrap the tampon and unwind the string.
Find a comfortable position, either sitting or standing.
Gently push the tampon into your vagina, aiming towards your lower back.
The tampon is in correctly when you can no longer feel it. The string should hang outside your body.
To remove, gently and firmly pull on the string.
Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours, or more often if needed.
