DosageIMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE: Ensure ears are clean and dry before use.DO NOT CUT OR STRETCH THE PLUG.To seal the outer ear, gently pull the top of your ear upward while using the other hand.Flatten the earplug ball to create a proper seal, ensuring it fills the external ear without inserting it into the ear canal.To remove, press upward at the back of the ear, carefully lift the edges of the plug, and take it out. Discard when it is no longer tacky or becomes dirty.
