How To Use
Place the mouth guard in a cup of boiling water for 10 seconds.
Quickly cool under tap water for 1 second.
Carefully place the mouth guard in the mouth, biting down firmly.
Suck cheeks in for 15 seconds.
Remove and cool under tap water for 30 seconds to set the shape.
If the fit is not right, repeat the process.
