How To Use Wash your hands thoroughly before application. Squeeze a small amount (approximately 1cm) of gel onto a clean fingertip. Gently massage the gel onto the sore area. Reapply every 3 hours as needed. For denture irritation, wait 30 minutes after applying the gel before reinserting dentures. Do not apply the gel directly to dentures.
