Hold the mask by the ear loops with the coloured side facing outwards. Place a loop around each ear. Mould or pinch the stiff edge to the shape of your nose for a secure fit. Pull the bottom of the mask over your mouth and chin. To remove the mask, handle only the ear loops and avoid touching the front. Discard immediately in a closed bin and clean your hands.
