Wash your hands and nipples with luke warm water. Gently wipe dry. 2. Open the sachet. 3. Unfold the compress and place the gel-impregnated side on the sore nipple. 4. Leave the compress on for as long as needed, but for at least 5 minutes. 5. Any excess gel that does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding, as the formulation is safe for your baby. 6.
