Over dry sutured wounds
Sealing of drainage tubes and external orthopaedic fixation, such as Steinmann pins
After suture removal

Can help to protect unbroken blisters
Contraindications / Precautions
Avoid inhaling
Use in a well ventilated area
Avoid contact with eyes
Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material
Pressurised container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 degrees Celsius. Do not pierce or burn, even after use
Keep out of the reach of children
For external use only
Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking
Do not use with plastic intravascular devices
Avoid spraying onto fabrics
Not to be used with iodine preparations. Skin reddening may occur when used with an iodine solution and covered with occlusive dressings
Not intended to be used in conjunction with other medicated preparations
Do not apply on children under the age of 18 months
For skin grafts: It is imperative that adequate areas of the graft are left without spray to allow adequate drainage of serous fluid

OPSITE™ Flexifix Gentle combines breathability, transparency and a seven day wear time to offer a versatile silicone film roll for patients with fragile or at-risk skin. It removes cleanly, without disrupting fragile skin layers or causing patients undue pain.
This dressing combines all the benefits of OPSITE film, with a gentle silicone gel adhesive that enables the dressing to be lifted and repositioned without losing adherent properties. The film is transparent, shower and bacteria proof, allowing monitoring of the site under the film without lifting the dressing. The low friction film helps to protect the skin from the formation of pressure injuries.

Instructions for Use:
Application
1. Cut off the desired length of film from roll. Fold the strip along its length to crack the protective papers.
2. Remove the backing paper marked No.1 "remove first". Apply the adhesive film to desired area and smooth down.
3. Remove the green squared grid carrier, marked No 3.
Dressing Removal
To remove OPSITE◊ Flexifix, gently stretch the film parallel to the skin and lift off.

The breathable, waterproof film also protects the wound from contamination.USES:- Minor burns- Blisters- GrazesAPPLICATION?1. Wash hands before and after treating wound. Gently clean wound and surrounding skin. Dry surrounding skin thoroughly.2. Peel back protective backing and place film dressing on wound. Gently press around the wound to seal.3. Remove the clear printed cover on top of the film dressing.WHEN TO CHANGE:OPSITE FLEXIGRID can be left on a non-infected wound for up to 7 days depending on the fluid level. It is normal for a small amount of clear fluid to collect underneath the dressing.DRESSING REMOVAL:To remove OPSITE FLEXIGRID, lift one corner and slowly stretch the clear film outwards
