DIRECTIONS
Please read the full Instructions for Use included with the product before use. • Check your size using the sizing guide on the back of the packaging: 1) Gently place your little finger beside the first white line on the guide without applying pressure. 2) Identify the line that best matches your finger size. If between sizes, choose the larger option. Alternatively, refer to the online sizing guide. • Using the opposite hand, pull your ear upwards. • Hold the earplug by its end and insert it gently with a rocking motion while applying light pressure with your thumb. • Do not push beyond the third flange. • If noise reduction is minimal or the earplug feels loose, it may not be inserted correctly or could be too small—adjust placement or consider a larger size. • If the earplug doesn’t go beyond the first flange, it may be too large—try a smaller size. • Effectiveness check: Cup your hands over your ears, then remove them. If you notice a significant sound difference, ensure the earplugs are properly positioned.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Clean earplugs with soap and water before each use. Proper care can extend their lifespan to around two years. Store them in the original packaging.

How To Use

•Check your size on the sizing guide on the back of the packaging:
1) Lightly place your little finger alongside the first white line, over the graphic. Do not press your finger down
2) Find the corresponding line your little finger fits within. If in-between sizes, select the larger size Alternatively follow the online sizing guide options
•With your opposite hand, reach over your head and pull your ear upwards
•Hold the earplug from its end. Make sure the stem is facing downwards to avoid unwanted water leaks
•Applying pressure with your thumb, insert the earplug using a gentle rocking motion
•Do not push any further than the third flange
•If after insertion the earplug is loose, the earplug may be incorrectly inserted or sized too small. Check insertion or please purchase the larger size
•Conversely should it not insert at all beyond the first flange the earplug is too big for the user's ear. Please purchase the smaller size
•Should you wish to use the earplugs for swimming, simply change the tip with the additional one provided.
