As bath additive:Add Allergoff oil to bath filled with water until the water appears milky. The bath should last for several minutes. Following bath, dry skin gently with a towel in a patting motion, do not rub. For best results use every day.

Directions
Wet skin with warm water and apply emulsion. Gently massage the emulsion onto skin in circular motions for several minutes. Rinse skin and dry gently with a towel in a patting motion, do not rub.
