Heat Therapy: Place Medi-Pak flat on the turntable only in the microwave, set power on the lowest setting. Heat for 2 minutes or place Medi-Pak in a suitable vessel and pour boiling hot water on the pak and rest in hot water for 3 – 5 minutes to reach the required temperature.
Discard if punctured. Persons with circulatory problems should not use cold compression except as directed by a doctor.
Do not heat in the microwave for more than 3 minutes at one time.
Excessive heating may cause it to rupture or leak.
