Biome Dental™ Probiotic is a combination of four specific probiotic strains which have been shown to support tooth and gum health via their beneficial effects on the oral microbiome across 7 clinical trials. In one randomised placebo-controlled trial where 60 healthy children took Biome Dental" once a day before bed, significant improvements in gum health and reduced dental plaque were observed within three days. After 14 days, Biome Dental™ reduced the build-up of dental plaque by 69% and significantly improved gum health, with a 68% reduction in the gingival index (a measure of poor gum health). When compared to both placebo and chlorhexidine mouthwash, there were significantly greater improvements following the use of Biome Dental after 14 days. Biome Dental Probiotic has also been found to provide similar significant benefits in clinical trials involving adult.

How to Use
- Adults and children over 5 years: 1 sachet (1 g) nightly before bed, after brushing teeth and other oral hygiene practises
- Pour contents of the sachet directly into the mouth and swish around until dissolved
- Avoid rinsing, drinking or eating for at least 30 minutes to allow oral surfaces to be coated
