All products sent will be in its original packaging unless extra packaging procedures are required to ensure products are not damaged while in transit.
All products dispatched will be accompanied with tracking number(s) except when your orders are being combined into one parcel, those orders will all share the same tracking number.
IMPORTANT: For all products that are categorised as orthotics, bracers & sleeves, these are specially ordered from our supplier. Because of this, our supplier would not accept returns from us. Please choose your size carefully before making your purchase. If you purchase the wrong size or product once dispatched, we will not accept returns or exchanges, nor will we be able to recall the parcel. Directions:
Shake well before use. Apply to dry, styled hair. Spray 15cm away from your roots, as needed to cover greys. Let dry.
