Each soft gel capsule contains: Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root ext. dry conc. 300 mg equiv. dry 1.2 g, Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit ext. dry conc. 62.50 mg equiv. dry 500 mg, Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) herb top ext. dry conc. 50 mg equiv. dry 1 g, Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) leaf ext. dry conc. 195 mg equiv. dry 1.95 g.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily 30-60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your health professional.
