Directions for Use:

For instant relief: Apply directly to each sensitive tooth with a fingertip and gently massage for 1 minute, up to twice daily.

For lasting relief: Brush twice daily using a soft toothbrush, ensuring all sensitive areas are covered.
Warnings:
- Do not use in children under 6 years old.
- For children aged 7-12, use only on the advice of a dentist or doctor.
