How To Use
Apply one coat of the base colour to clean, dry nails and allow to dry completely.
Apply one coat of the crackle top coat over the base colour.
As the crackle top coat dries it will shrink and crack to create a shattered pattern.
For a longer lasting finish, apply a clear top coat.
