HOW TO USE
Step 1: Starting with one eye, apply DUO Line It Lash It Eyeliner from inner to outer corner of lash line.
Step 2: Directly apply false lashes along your lash line and adjust where necessary.
Step 3: Repeat on other eye. No lash glue needed.
