How To Use
Immerse the mouthguard in boiling water for 10 seconds.
Briefly dip into cold water to cool the surface.
Carefully place it in the mouth and bite down firmly.
Suck in your cheeks and press your tongue against the roof of your mouth to create a tight mould.
Remove the mouthguard and place it in cold water to set the final shape.
