How To Use
Immerse the mouthguard in boiling water for 10 seconds.
Briefly dip into cold water to cool the surface.
Carefully place the mouthguard over the upper teeth.
Bite down firmly and suck in your cheeks for 20 seconds to create a mould.
Remove the mouthguard and place it in cold water to set the shape.
The process can be repeated if the fit is not accurate.
