How To Use
For pre-exercise hydration: Mix 1 level scoop (6.1 g) with 200 mL of water. Drink one dose 30 minutes before exercise.
For exercise less than 1 hour: Mix 1 level scoop (6.1 g) with 200 mL of water.
For general rehydration: Mix 1 level scoop (6.1 g) with 200 mL of water.
