How To Use
Mixing Instructions: Add one level scoop (25 g) to 350 mL of water and shake. For a more concentrated mix for high-intensity activity, add one level scoop to 250 mL of water.
In Preparation: Drink 200 mL every 15-20 minutes in the 1-2 hours before exercise.
During Exercise (less than 2-3 hours): Drink 200 mL every 15 minutes.
During Exercise (more than 2-3 hours): Drink 200-300 mL every 20 minutes.
For Rehydration: Drink 200 mL every 15-30 minutes after exercise until rehydrated.
