How to Use
To prepare a 230 mL serving:

Add 195 mL of cold water to a glass.

Gradually add 6 level scoops (enclosed) or 53.8 g of Ensure® Powder while stirring.

Mix until completely dissolved.
An 850 g can yields approximately 16 x 230 mL servings.
