How To Use
Bath: Add 10mL (approximately 1 capful) to a warm bath. Gently agitate the water to disperse. Bathe for 10 to 15 minutes and then pat skin dry.
Shower: Add 10mL to the floor of the shower. The warmth of the water will release the soothing vapours.
