How To Use
With clean, dry hands, roll the earplug into a ball.
Place the plug over the ear canal opening and flatten to form an airtight seal.
Do not push it deep into the ear canal. The plug should only cover the ear opening.
To remove, press upwards from behind the ear lobe to loosen the plug and carefully lift the edges to break the seal.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not insert into the ear canal. Do not cut, break apart, or elongate the earplugs. Keep away from infants and small children as earplugs may get caught in the windpipe and interfere with breathing. Discontinue use if you experience any pain or discomfort. Do not use for scuba diving or at depths over 3 metres.
