It provides excellent biomechanical control to help realign the foot and ankle, offering relief from common foot complaints like Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, and forefoot pain by correcting over-pronation and fallen arches.

How To Use
Place the insoles in your footwear. They may be worn on top of existing footbeds.
For the first few days, wear for only one hour per day.
Gradually increase the wearing time by one hour each day.
It may take up to four weeks for your feet to become fully accustomed to the orthotic support.
