How To Use
Place the insoles into your footwear.
It is normal for the insoles to feel strange for the first few days as your feet are being re-aligned.
If you are new to wearing orthotics, you may wish to wear them for only 2-3 hours per day initially, gradually increasing usage as your feet become accustomed to the correction.
