How To Use
- To find the correct pressure point (Nei-Kuan), place the middle three fingers on the inside of the child's wrist, with the edge of the third finger just on the wrist crease.
- The Nei-Kuan point is located just under the edge of the index finger, between the two central tendons.
- Position the plastic stud on the band so it faces downward over this Nei-Kuan point.
- Repeat the process for the other wrist.
- Both bands must be worn simultaneously, one on each wrist, to be effective.
