How To Use

  1. To find the correct pressure point, place your middle three fingers on the inside of your wrist with the edge of the third finger just on the wrist crease. The Nei-Kuan point is located just under the edge of your index finger, between the two central tendons.

  2. Position the button on the wristband facing downward over the Nei-Kuan point.

  3. Repeat the process for your other wrist.

  4. One band must be worn on each wrist to be effective. The bands can be put on before you start travelling or after you have started your journey.
