How To Use
- **Before First Use:** Sterilise your menstrual cup before you use it for the first time.
- **During Your Period (Removal & Rinse):** After removal, empty the contents into the toilet and rinse with cold water to prevent stains.
- **During Your Period (Cleaning):** Clean the menstrual cup with a small blob of menstrual cup wash or a mild soap, rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue, pat dry, and reinsert.
- **During Your Period (Extra Protection):** For extra protection, spray with Hello Go before drying and reinserting. A single application every 24 hours forms an invisible shield to bacteria.
- **In Public:** If no sink or tap is available, wipe out the cup with toilet paper and reinsert.
- **At The End of Your Period (Wash & Sterilise):** Wash with a menstrual cup wash such as Hello Wash or a mild soap, then sterilise before storing.
- **Sterilisation by Boiling:** To sterilise, place your menstrual cup in a full pot of water and boil for at least 3 minutes. Use a timer to ensure it doesn't boil dry.
- **Sterilisation by Soaking:** Alternatively, soak your menstrual cup for 15 minutes in a glass of cold water containing 1/4 sterilising tablet (e.g., Milton).
- **Storage:** Ensure your Hello Cup is completely dry before storing it in the supplied storage pouch, in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
