Invocation: Imbue our reusable muslin bag with the Sitz Soak mixture and allow to steep for twenty minutes in 600ml (20 fl.oz.) of boiling water. Remove the muslin bag and pour the water in a circular motion into a bath that just covers your hips. Sit, soak, and relax in healing luxury for twenty minutes.
