How To Use
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, then remove from the heat and let it stand for 30 seconds.
- Place the mouthguard in the hot water for 60 seconds. Do not exceed this time.
- Carefully remove the mouthguard from the water with a spoon.
- Cool the mouthguard by running it under tap water for 1-2 seconds to bring it to a comfortable temperature.
- Carefully place the mouthguard around your upper teeth.
- Bite down firmly and suck in your cheeks for 20 seconds to create a tight mould.
- Remove the mouthguard and place it in cold water for 30 seconds to set the shape.
