Directions
For ages 12 and up:
- 1 Gummy: Nice & Easy!
- 2 Gummies: Double Down!!
- 3 Gummies: Fibre Up!!! (One Serving)
Up to 3 servings/day.
Do not exceed recommended servings.
New users: Start with 1-3 gummies per day. Gradually increase to 3 servings per day as necessary. You may experience changes in bowel habits/minor bloating as your body adjusts to increase fibre intake.
Ingredients
Inulin, soluble corn fibre (Fibersol), water, xylitol; less than 2% of pectin, citric acid (PH adjuster), sodium citrate, natural orange flavour, coconut oil with carnauba wax, colour (annatto).
These gummies are made with Inulin and Fibersol, the newest fibres in the Metamucil family.
