How To Use
- Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Sit in a relaxed position for 5 minutes before measuring.
- Place the cuff on your left upper arm, ensuring it is snug but not too tight. The artery mark on the cuff should be positioned over your brachial artery.
- Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
- Press the ON/OFF button to begin the measurement.
- Remain still and do not talk until the measurement is complete.
- The device will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as your pulse rate.
