How To Use
For Cold Therapy (to relieve engorgement):
Place pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Insert the pack into its cover before applying to the skin.
For Hot Therapy (to relieve mastitis or plugged ducts):
Place pack inside its cover and lay flat in the microwave.
Heat at 700 watts for 15 seconds. If more heat is needed, increase heating time in 5-second increments.
Always test the pack's temperature before application.
For Use with a Breast Pump (to encourage let-down):
Heat packs according to the hot therapy instructions.
Wrap the heated packs around the outside of the breast pump funnels while pumping.
