Directions
For a soft wash of colour apply with a soft, fluffy brush like Brush Sculpting 10r or, for richer intensity, tap product onto the eye with a dense eyeshadow brush like Flat Shader Brush 10b. Apply dry or dampen your brush to increase pay-off, intensity and staying power.
