Sourced from the Netherlands, Natures Sunshine Activated Charcoal is derived from peat - organic matter from decomposed plant material at the surface of a prehistoric bog. Steamed dried and encapsulated to help reduce the occurrence of abdominal bloating and flatulence.
Usage:
Adults: Take 4 capsules 30 minutes before a meal and 4 capsules after a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
