Dandelion Root: Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine as a diuretic to temporarily relieve mild fluid retention by increasing urine output. It's also used to assist natural body cleansing and detoxification processes. Celery Seed: Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine for its diuretic action and in relieving mild rheumatic aches and pains or symptoms of occasional episodes of gout.

Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 tablet, 3 times daily with a large glass of water.
