Directions
Add 3 scoops (33g) of FatBlaster Weight Loss Shake to 250mL of Skim Milk.
Shake well before drinking.
Replace up to two meals a day with FatBlaster Weight Loss Shakes along with a healthy balanced diet.
Drink immediately after preparation and discard any unused liquid.
