How To Use
- Use as needed, particularly at night before sleeping.
- Squeeze 1-2cm of gel onto a clean finger.
- Apply the gel directly to the tongue.
- Use your tongue to spread the gel evenly around the inside of the mouth. The product is safe to swallow.
