How To Use
- Empty the contents of the bread mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Add 400ml of warm water and 2 large eggs. Mix thoroughly until a batter is formed.
- Pour the batter into a lined loaf tin (approximately 20cm x 10cm).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan-forced) for 50-60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
