How To Use
Fold & Insert: Squeeze the cup and fold it into a 'C' or 'U' shape. Relax your pelvic muscles and gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, aiming towards your tailbone.
Seal: Once inserted, the cup will pop open. Gently rotate the cup or run a finger around the base to ensure it has fully opened and created a secure seal.
Remove: After up to 12 hours, wash your hands. Bear down with your pelvic muscles and grasp the base of the cup (not the stem). Pinch the base to break the seal and gently pull it out.
Empty & Clean: Empty the contents, rinse the cup with water, and reinsert. Sterilize the cup between cycles by boiling it in water for 5-10 minutes.
