How To Use
Sterilise: Before first use and between each cycle, boil the cup in water for 3-5 minutes.
Fold: Squeeze the cup flat and fold it in half to create a 'C' shape.
Insert: Relax your vaginal muscles and gently insert the folded cup, aiming it towards your tailbone.
Release: Let the cup pop open to form a light seal against the vaginal walls. Check for a proper seal by running a finger around the base.
Remove: After up to 8 hours, wash your hands. Gently pinch the base of the cup to break the seal, then wiggle it from side to side as you pull it down and out.
Empty & Clean: Empty the contents, rinse the cup with water, and it is ready to be re-inserted.
