Directions for use:
Essential oil diffuser: Add 10 drops to water and diffuse.
Topical: Apply 5 drops to forehead or temple.
Sublingual: For best results take 4 to 8 drops under the tongue for 40 seconds 4 times a day.
Can be used as needed for extra support. Take for a minimum 14-28 days.
